You will find all you need <strong>at our farmers&#8217;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gSy8YLLFVGE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>They just posted a video about &#8220;l&#8217;<strong>emmontagn\u00e9e<\/strong>&#8220;, just when they are back from &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/gite.fudral.com\/le-saviez-vous\/la-haut\/quand-homme-blanc-couper-du-bois\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9montagn\u00e9e<\/a>&#8220;. You can find them also at the <a href=\"http:\/\/tourisme.hautetarentaise.fr\/marches.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">markets<\/a>,<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriculture-tarentaise.com\/l-agriculture-en-tarentaise\/la-carte-interactive-du-territoire.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tomme or beaufort<\/a> cheese.<br \/>\n<strong> Stuff:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 2 onions<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 ml cream,<br \/>\n&#8211; wood mushrooms,<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lepererullier.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savoie saussage<\/a>,<br \/>\n&#8211; mountain aromatic herbs,<br \/>\n&#8211; salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>First cook in a bit of oil the onions, mushrooms and herbs.<br \/>\nAdd the cream and mix softly during 5 minutes.<br \/>\nDig the gourds and fill with stuff, cover with cheese.<br \/>\nCook in the oven 200\u00b0 for 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gite.fudral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/20161018_082939.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3741\" src=\"http:\/\/gite.fudral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/20161018_082939-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Empanadas et fabada\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gite.fudral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/20161018_082939-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gite.fudral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/20161018_082939-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>As you must have stuff left over, let&#8217;s make something exotic!<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Empanadas and fabada \u00e0 la mode savoyarde :<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Les empanadas sont des petits friands typiques d&#8217;Argentine.<\/h3>\n<p>Cut puff paste in circles with a glass.<br \/>\nPut 1\/2 spoon of stuff on each circle.<br \/>\nClose it like a half moon with a fork teeth and &#8220;paint&#8221; a beaten egg all around.<br \/>\nCook 20 minutes in oven 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Fabada is a spanish meal.<\/h3>\n<p>Prepare the white beans. (Anticipate soaking time)<br \/>\nOnce cooked, add the left over stuff, and mixed carrots, leeks and onions chilled before with water and sugar. Mix it all and let it stew for 35 minutes. The most it waits, the better.
